There is something magical in finding a staple style item that can be mixed and reworked into your wardrobe for a variety of looks. And, there is something downright beautiful (and, let's be honest, gratifying) when that particular piece transcends any one particular social setting. These faux leather leggings from Uncoded Era are one of these rare pieces. Whether heading to the gym, business meetings or running to a happy hour with my girlfriends, these ultra-comfy, high-waisted leggings make a statement...and yield a lot of compliments along the way.
I have long been a fan of leather leggings, but there are a couple of things that make this particular pair a major WIN in my book. I adore the moto detailing on this pair that starts just below the knee and carries down the shin. This detail work adds a little something unique to the leggings without looking too trendy. I also really love that these leggings feature the faux leather panel at the front and a breathable cotton/spandex blend at back. I have found leather leggings (faux or real), in the past, to be HOT. This cotton/spandex panel truly does make all the difference! Lastly, I am a sucker for anything high-waisted. These leggings have a really great ultra-wide elastic waistband designed to hit at the natural waist and eliminating anything close to the dreaded "muffin top".
